The Beginning of a Journey

Creativity

At one point in my life, I found myself endlessly scrolling from feed to feed. Looking at my phone, absorbing enormous amounts of information, images and videos, hoping that somewhere in all that noise I would finally find an answer to my problem.

I was consuming so much that I completely forgot what it felt like to create.

And the more I consumed, the more restless, empty and unfulfilled I became.

So I started drawing and colouring mandalas again, something I had loved as a child. Slowly, creating brought me back to a quieter and more joyful part of myself. A part that had been there all along, simply waiting for me underneath all the noise.

Around that same time, I also became interested in manifesting. And honestly… I completely fell for the “manifesting money” hype. I mean, who doesn’t want to be rich, right?

But after a while, I realised it wasn’t really the money I cared about. It was the experiences and moments I connected to it. Things like taking my parents on a holiday together, even though at the time I couldn’t afford it.

Then, unexpectedly, I won a holiday for four.

And somehow that experience shifted something inside me. It made me realise that life can unfold in beautiful and unexpected ways when we stop trying to control everything so tightly.

Looking inside

The more connected I became to myself, the less external things seemed to define my happiness.

There was a time when I thought I wanted a bigger house. More space. A larger kitchen. More room for all my belongings.

Until one day I realised that I was actually quite fond of the home I already lived in.

So instead of moving, I let go of a lot of things I no longer needed. I reorganised my kitchen, created more space, and surprisingly… I felt lighter.

Somewhere along the way, I had become so focused on looking around me and comparing myself to others, that I forgot to appreciate what was already there.

And when I listened more closely to my inner self, I realised she didn’t want a life filled with endless stuff, status or pressure.

She wanted freedom.
Time with loved ones.
Meaningful work.
Creativity.
Peace.

And a life that felt genuine and aligned from the inside out.

Find your true beauty

And so, Your Spirit Journey was born.

A gentle space where I can share my journey through creativity, mindfulness and intentional living. A place where I create articles, creative tools and resources that may inspire others to reconnect with themselves and discover the beauty that already lives within them.

Because I believe that when we start living from our inner beauty, with open hearts and more presence, we not only change our own lives — we gently help change the world around us too.

Much Love,

Ester
